  After having some ongoing lower back pain I decided to go see Brandon for some acupuncture. He is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and the treatment helped a lot. Highly recommend.

  Ben & Laura have created a genuinely safe space of self reflection & healing. The Breath and Brrrr experience is unique to each person & their journey but what is common, is that there is no denying each person can feel a shift in their body/energy making space for good to come. Would definitely recommend the Kula experience!

  I had my first consult with naturopath Brendan last week and I only wish I had gone sooner. His expertise across the range of topics I bought up was extensive and he had a wonderful way of explaining things to me without being condescending. Along with his warm, relaxed nature and humoured spirits, the space itself put me at ease instantly. This was a big deal for me as the main reasons behind my visit was regarding my mental health. I am so grateful for Brendan's time spent sharing his knowledge to help me understand my own body better and to give me practical tools to help me take better care of myself.
